Jira Specialist - SC Cleared
Our client is looking for a Jira Service Management (JSM) Specialist.
Essential skills:
- Jira/JSM Admins privileges, plug-ins and add-ins
- Experience building Jira/JSM workflows, forms and dashboards
- Experience with Jira/JSM reporting
- Experience with Service Level Agreements (SLA) management
- Experience with Configuration Management, databases
Experience with other service management tools like Remedy, Helix and Service Now is desirable.
The role is based from home with ad hoc travel to site when requested. The contract is for 3 months initially.
