Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment & Capability Design
Translate business strategy into clear target operating models and capability maps
Identify and prioritise capability gaps and transformation opportunities
Ensure service portfolios align with customer needs and market dynamics
Transformation Enablement
Contribute to the planning and execution of digital and business transformation initiatives
Define and maintain transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment across teams and functions
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and service delivery functions
Process & Service Optimisation
Map and optimise end-to-end business processes to enhance performance and reduce inefficiencies
Implement industry best practices to improve service quality, scalability, and consistency
Support the design and rollout of repeatable, scalable service delivery models
Governance & Change Management
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage the impact of organisational change
Promote structured change management approaches to support smooth adoption of new capabilities
Data-Driven Decision Support
Use business architecture models to support strategic planning and investment decisions
Collaborate with finance, operations, and product teams to evaluate ROI and assess business value of initiatives
Education & Experience Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
A strong understanding of technology-enabled business models and service delivery
Proven experience in transformation programmes and change management
In-depth knowledge of business architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or BIZBOK
Proficiency in business modelling and process design tools (e.g., ArchiMate, BPMN, LeanIX)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences
