The Test & Cutover Manager is responsible for leading the full testing lifecycle and cutover execution for an Oracle Cloud transformation covering ERP, SCM, OIC, EPM, and OTL. The role ensures the solution is thoroughly validated, the business is prepared for go-live, and the transition from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud is controlled, accurate, and successful.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5-10+ years Oracle Cloud testing and QA leadership.
* Strong test scenario and case design experience.
* Extensive SIT, UAT and regression management experience.
* Integration testing experience with OIC.
* Strong cutover management background.
* Experience with Azure DevOps and Oracle migration tools.
