Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner to join their team on a six month initial contract, working three days a week onsite in Knutsford and the rest from home. This role would be working via umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the ServiceNow product strategy for HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
Define and maintain the roadmap, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions that optimize asset and configuration management processes.
Evaluate and integrate complementary tools within the broader IT asset and configuration ecosystem.
Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap.
Deep knowledge of asset and configuration management principles and related tooling.
Proven experience in financial services environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
