We are in need of an experienced Programme Manager to deliver a Genesys Contact Centre
To Start as soon as possible for 6 to 12 months.
Underlying experience must be Contact Centre related - say 10 to 12 years minimum
Someone who knows and has led the delivered the Genesys CaaS solution in the recent past, Ideally someone who has done sometime in a Telco organisation
Location no preference as likely to need to spend time in London and other hubs so a fair bit of travel needed.
