Your responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors program implementations across multiple modules.
* Engage with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and drive strategic solutions.
* Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
* Provide expert guidance, risk management, and best practice recommendations throughout project lifecycle.
* Coordinate cross-functional project teams and oversee implementation timelines.
* Monitor program performance and share status updates with all key stakeholders
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience
* Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices.
* 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Program Manager.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into comprehensive SuccessFactors system designs.
* Integrate SuccessFactors modules (LMS, CDP, BizX, JAM) and ensure seamless connectivity with other HR and enterprise systems.
* Hands-on experience in managing SuccessFactors interfaces, including Employee Central and Talent modules and third-party applications.
* Understanding of HR processes and data structures.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
