Role Description:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to SAFe principles across teams.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices to drive continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and foster collaboration for delivering high-quality increments.
Support PI Planning and ART events, enabling alignment and transparency across the organization.
Own end-to-end delivery accountability, ensuring commitments are met within scope, time, and quality.
Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies for successful outcomes.
Key Skills:
SAFe framework expertise and Agile coaching.
Strong facilitation, servant leadership, and stakeholder management.
Delivery management experience with risk and dependency handling.
Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Rally) and PI Planning practices.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
