Business Change Manager

My client is searching for a Business Change Manager to support with multiple projects. It is important for the successful candidate to have experience in the public sector, strong stakeholder engagement/management skills, communications and the following:
*Wealth of experience as a Business Change Manager or Transition Manager in the higher education sector
*An understanding or experience with working as a Communications Manager or as part of a communications or training team
*Strong stakeholder engagement/management skills across multiple projects within the higher education sector
*Excellent understanding of Benefits Realisation Model and Benefits Realisation Review
*An understanding of RAID Logs
*An understanding of use of Project Management Tools and Microsoft Office
*An understanding of developing and implementing communication plans and communication strategy
