Working remotely you will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient administrative and support service to assist the management of contracts. You will also provide an excellent level of advice to customers regarding contract databases and purchase orders.
The successful candidate will work in close conjunction with the Vendor Manager and Contract officers, the Procurement department and managers within the various teams to ensure, contract support services are available.
The post holder will support the Vendor Manager and the Contract Officers undertaking contract related activities and will provide help and assistance throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
- Demonstrable contracts administration and support
- Knowledge of contract management databases
- Experience of liaising with Procurement and Vendor Management teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
