You will be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support to users across multiple sites, investigating, troubleshooting and resolving tickets which have been escalated from the Service Desk. You will be familiar with ITIL processes and utilising and updating ITSM systems regarding updates and closure of tickets.
Essential Skills include:
* Desktop support experience
* Triaging and prioritising support tickets using ITSM toolset
* Ability to troubleshoot independently
* Working knowledge of Windows (configuration and operation)
* Group Policy management
* Basic networking knowledge, Cisco Discovery Protocol.
* Physical network patching
* ITIL Service Management
Candidates will also require their own transport as there may be a requirement to travel to other sites.
