Essential

*RSA level III, NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent level of experience, together with a high level of numeracy, written and spoken English
*Good standard of general education.
*Demonstrable proven experience of working as a PA or equivalent.
*Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive data and appropriate maintenance and storage of records.
*Minute taking and recording
*Experience of working autonomously
*Ability to plan and prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
*Ability to manage own workload effectively and to work proactively as part of a team, and with a range of senior managers.
*Ability to work under pressure.
*Advanced keyboard skills with the proven ability to produce reports, spreadsheets and correspondence

*Working knowledge of filing/data systems including records management.
*Knowledge of administrative and organisational procedures, acquired through training and relevant experience.
*Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
