IT Operating Model Analyst - SC Cleared and Non-Cleared Candidates Welcome
My defence client is looking for an IT Operating Model Analyst to join their team in Corsham on an initial 6 month contract. The project is expected to be long term. The role will be based in Corsham from Tuesday to Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Role Description: A support role reporting to ITOM SME to help with the maturing of the Project Delivery Model and of its key interfacing functions to help ensure smooth delivery of the Programme and minimise risk for live services.
Key responsibilities: * Supporting the iterations of Project Delivery Model design and processes * Proposing, designing and socialising service improvements and supporting relevant service or process owners in their implementation * Supporting the streamlining of project and governance and assurance processes, where feasible
Expertise: * ITIL and Agile knowledge required * Wider IT Operating Model design and implementation support experience desirable(agreeing, designing and documenting processes, governance models, KPIs etc.) * Able to engage with client stakeholders
