*Develop & deliver a compelling story about the change project, end states, and roadmap for all audiences. Track against this story with regular comms, engagements, and reporting as required.
*Execution of a robust communication plan for each project using effective methods to maximise engagement and ensure change lands and support successful embedding. This could include briefings, training material, newsletters, workplace posts, "how to" guides, handbooks, Podcasts and videos.
*Inputting individual project level information into the UI roadmap such as Comms, Engagement, Pilots, and Training - to ensure pinch points can be identified and mitigated.
*Content creation of the fortnightly Regional Change Calls - pulling together all relevant Change happening targeted at the relevant audiences.
*Use of agreed methodology with the appropriate language and branding for comms, engagement and feedback
*Delivery of top quality change programmes. Where needed being present in the field and desk teams to support on face to face sessions. Tailoring approach based on feedback and local knowledge.
*Actively identify and engage with key stakeholders/sponsors on a face to face basis to deliver quality inputs/outputs within Region to support the change and transformation agenda.
*Operationally active within the Field and Desk teams and aligned Regionally to ensure the feeling of ownership and the building of relationship is maintained
*Aligned to multiple transformational programmes to support, build and create change strategy Pre / During / Post change and work with their colleagues to ensure National roll out.
*Flagging any risks or issues to their individual projects that may prevent realisation to benefits
*Accountable for creating or collaboration on the Change Impact Assessments, Change User Stories, Communication plans based on defined Change Impact Assessments & Training Needs Analysis.
*Utilising robust knowledge management channels to develop change delivery capability across the Region to support the success of projects as required.
*Support a problem solving culture using professionalism and strategic thinking and innovation. Promoting the Culture Principles within the Regions.
*Work closely with the wider Change team to identify and define opportunities to improve the way projects are managed within the region
*Set Up and/or host/deliver engagement activities, training, surgery and knowledge calls. This could be remotely or face to face depending on audience.
*Support the change and transformation story at regional events virtually and in person.
