The post holder will work to the Chief Digital and Information Officer and have support from within the existing IT Programme Management Office.

1.Experience in early stages of an EPR in other NHS Trusts.
2.Ideally MSP qualified.
3.Be responsible on behalf of SRO for delivering programme to milestones.
4.Work closely with external providers (ICS, Regional Digital Teams and Frontline Digitisation Engagement Leads)
5.Experience of managing stakeholders to ensure timely production of OBC, benefits analysis and FBC
6.Work closely with SRO and related teams to plan and monitor scope, including financials, deliverables, resources, work planning.
7.Work closely with other functional areas (e.g. Digital teams, CCIO, Finance, Procurement, Clinical Operations) to identify risks, opportunities and inter-dependencies, working to resolve issues arising.
8.Maintain programme documentation including:
a.Programme Brief.
b.Programme plan.
c.RAID log.
d.Resource management strategy and resource plan.
e.Quality assurance strategy and plan.
f.Stakeholder map and engagement strategy.
g.Communications plan
9.Produce regular reports for CDIO, Programme Board and Digital steering Committee to provide auditable monitoring of progress.
10.Assist CDIO/SIRO in risk identification and mitigation.
11.Communicate and build strong working relationships, especially with key stakeholders.
