Job description
Job title: Automation Engineer
Location: Glasgow - 2 days per week
Ir35 Status: Inside
Duration: 12 months
Start date: ASAP
Rate: £470
Content of role:
- Apply Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Mining and Data Warehousing (DW) techniques
- Contribute to DevOps practices and support scalable, reliable data pipelines
- Perform requirements analysis and translate needs into robust technical solutions
- Ensure strong data governance, risk and controls, and secure coding practices
- Work with database structures, digital technologies and modern engineering standards
- Support change and transformation initiatives with strong strategic thinking
- Collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Produce clear documentation and maintain high quality engineering practices
