Hybrid (2 Days a week in Westminster)
6 Month Contract
£607.50 Inside IR35

* Extensive experience in operational procurement within the ICT category, ideally across both products and services, including Networks Services, Infrastructure and SaaS.
* Ideally MCIPS qualified or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated track record of delivering high-value tenders through a range of procurement procedures, including Open Procedure and CCS framework mini-competitions.
* Experience with Competitive Flexible procedures would be an advantage.
* Strong working knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and frameworks PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023
* PA23 training must be completed (or willingness to undertake the training independently upon appointment).
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent procurements, at varying stages of the lifecycle.
* Self-starter; capable of delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Successful candidate to undertake Parliamentary CTC clearance prior to appointment
