Delivery Manager

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
* Strong experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager or Programme Delivery professional.
* A track record of delivering complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Experience creating and maintaining delivery plans, roadmaps and work packages.
* Strong risk, issue, action, decision and dependency management skills.
* Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, technical specialists and third-party suppliers.
* Excellent stakeholder-management skills, including the confidence to follow up actions and challenge delivery blockers.
* Experience preparing governance papers, progress reports and senior-level updates.
* The ability to turn complex or incomplete information into structured delivery plans.
* Strong written communication and documentation skills.
* The ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing delivery requirements.
* A practical, proactive and outcomes-focused approach.
