Lead QA Tester

Our client is looking for a Lead QA Tester to join their team on a six month initial contract, working out of their office based in Essex. This role is Inside IR35.

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to establish and drive quality assurance across one of our Salesforce transformation programmes within the charity sector. The successful candidate will own the test strategy, quality governance, and release assurance processes across the programme, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are delivered to the highest standards of quality, accessibility, compliance, and user experience. This role is particularly suited to someone who combines strong Salesforce testing expertise with experience of complex CRM transformations and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by charities.

Essential Experience
* 7+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
* 3+ years leading QA activities on Salesforce programmes.
* Experience delivering large-scale CRM or digital transformation programmes.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform functionality and testing approaches.
* Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
* Proven experience developing test strategies and managing test teams.
* Experience with defect management and test management tools.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience coordinating testing across multiple suppliers and workstreams.
