Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect

Our client is looking for a Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect to join their team on a six month initial contract, working three days a week onsite in Crawley. This role is Inside IR35.

Experience Level
* 15+ years overall IT experience
* 8-10+ years in Oracle HCM (Fusion)
* 3+ Oracle Fusion HCM end-to-end implementations in a technical leadership/architect role
* Experience supporting large, complex enterprise environments (aviation, transport, or similar highly distributed workforce preferred)

Must-Have Skills
* Strong expertise in:
o Oracle Fusion HCM architecture
o Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Core HR modules
o Fast Formula development (Payroll & Absence critical)
* Deep experience with:
o Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OIC)
o HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI
o HDL / HSDL data migration
* Strong understanding of:
o Payroll processing lifecycle
o Absence accruals and leave policies
