Pega Automation Tester

Our client is looking for a Pega Automation Tester to join their team on a six month initial contract, working remotely with some occasional travel to site. This role is Inside IR35 and needs someone who holds active SC or who is eligible for SC.

We are seeking an experienced Pega Automation Tester, ideally with ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer certification to lead quality assurance and automation activities within a large-scale Pega transformation programme. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in test strategy, automation frameworks, regression testing, and quality governance, ensuring robust testing coverage across critical business journeys and release cycles.

Required Skills & Experience
* 12+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience.
* 7+ years of experience in Pega test automation.
* Strong expertise in:
o Test Automation Strategy & Frameworks
o Risk-Based Test Design
o Automated Regression Testing
o Requirements Traceability & Test Evidence
o Defect Management & Quality Metrics
o CI/CD Test Integration
o Performance & Non-Functional Testing
* Experience leading testing activities on enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
