PMO Manager

1. Extensive PMO experience, including setting up PMO capability for new accounts as well as operating within established environments 2. Strong experience in programme and change governance, reporting, assurance, and tracking 3. Proven experience in Programme Change Management (governance-focused, not adoption-led) 4. Demonstrated ability to identify, design, and deliver complex process improvements 5. Experience supporting senior leadership with performance insight, governance, and delivery oversight 6. Proven ability to operate credibly at senior levels and influence without formal authority 7. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills 8. Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in evolving or ambiguous environments 9. Experience coaching, mentoring, and upskilling PMO and project delivery teams
