PMO Support Officer - Finance Reporting
Must have an Active DV Clearance

You will play a key role in maintaining financial controls, supporting informed decision making, and ensuring compliance with customer, contractual, and organisational requirements.
The position is ideal for an experienced PMO Finance professional with strong analytical skills, financial reporting expertise, and attention to detail.

PMO Support Officer - Finance Reporting Responsibilities

Produce accurate financial reports, dashboards, and management information.
Ensure accurate, timely, and complete customer billing submissions.
Maintain full financial traceability from Agile delivery through to invoicing.
Support revenue management, billing plans, invoice submissions, and customer charging activities.
Validate timesheet submissions to support accurate financial reporting.
Support procurement invoicing and monthly customer billing reports.
Monitor financial performance, identify discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
Support month-end, year-end, forecasting, and business planning activities.
Maintain audit evidence and support internal and external financial audits.
Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and controls.

PMO Support Officer - Finance Reporting Skills and Experience

Experience producing financial reports, dashboards, and management information.
Strong billing, invoicing, revenue tracking, and financial governance experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong financial analysis capability.
Experience supporting financial forecasting and business planning activities.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing financial risks, issues, and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
High attention to detail with strong documentation and governance capability.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively within fast-paced programme environments.
