Product Manager

Senior Product Manager
A senior product manager responsible for ServiceNow. They are responsible for product quality and value, working with teams to identify, implement and improve strategies and tactics for this product. They might also be involved in parts of programme management and delivery activity.
Define and continuously evolve a product strategy that aligns with and supports Services' overall business strategy, ensuring clear linkage to organisational priorities, technology direction, and customer outcomes.
Develop, maintain, and actively manage a value-driven product roadmap and delivery pipeline, balancing demand, risk, and value, and ensuring transparency of priorities across stakeholders.
Manage and prioritise the product backlog to successfully execute delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring maximum business value and alignment to strategic objectives.
Define, refine, and clearly communicate the scope of work and features to be delivered within each release, ensuring shared understanding across delivery teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Represent the product to senior stakeholders, providing clear reporting, insight, and direction to support informed decision-making, investment planning, and risk management.
Lead engagement with external suppliers and partners, ensuring effective supplier management of critical service providers within a structured governance framework, driving performance, compliance, and value.
Establish and maintain robust supplier governance chains, ensuring supplier performance, risk, issues, and dependencies are actively managed, reported, and escalated where appropriate.
Work closely with Procurement to manage the full supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, performance assurance, renewals, and commercial alignment to deliver value for money.
Identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements, making informed technical and strategic recommendations on new capabilities, enhancements, and service improvements.
Operate within defined governance frameworks, including leading or contributing to product governance boards, ensuring adherence to organisational controls, audit requirements, and best practice standards.

* ITIL4 Foundation
* Professional Scrum Product Owner/SAFe Product Manager
* Experience of IT delivery and management.
* Understanding of service design across the whole life of service delivery.
* Experience of working with suppliers and relationship management
* Broad technical understanding
* 2-5 years product experience
* PRINCE2 Agile
* ITIL4 Specialist certifications or relevant experience
* Knowledge of operating and developing IT systems within Government environments
* Product manager experience
* In depth ServiceNow knowledge and experience
