Programme Manager

* Accountable for mobilising and delivering the requirements of the programme - providing direction on scope, timescale, cost, and quality expectations for the workstreams owned in role; define KPIs for workstreams and robustly measure performance against those metrics.
* Establishes programme stakeholder needs and uses operational and technical expertise to deliver brilliant experiences and solutions of the right quality for the sponsor and stakeholders.
* Ensures comprehensive governance is in place and adhered to, and that defined methodologies, processes and tools are consistently applied, aligned to the standards set by the Senior Manager, ensuring timely and accurate reporting through project.
* Manages project risk, with an ability to use and adapt recognized project management methods and processes, depending on elements of the risk profile and governance needs.
* Enables the facilitation of quick decision making, ensuring a clear accountability structure is in place (e.g. RAPID), that sufficient time is built into plans to allow for decisions, and that the impacts of decisions are clearly presented and understood.
* Sets delivery budget for workstreams and ensures costs are managed and minimised throughout the project.
* Identifies and collaborates with matrix delivery team of internal colleagues and external partners, ensuring their inputs are integrated into the overall programme
