Project Management / PMO Professional
We are looking for a Project Management / PMO professional to support a large-scale programme for a Defence client. You will work in a complex environment, supporting the Project Manager with governance, planning, reporting, RAID management, financial tracking and stakeholder coordination.
Your role will involve:
- Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day project and programme management.
- Maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones and actions.
- Managing RAID logs, reporting and project governance.
- Supporting financial tracking, forecasting and change control.
- Coordinating internal teams, suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Supporting delivery across time, cost, scope and quality.
- Ensuring project documentation, assurance and audit requirements are maintained.
Key experience:
- Minimum 2 years' PMO / Project Support experience.
- Experience working across projects through the full lifecycle.
- Defence, National Security or Government experience highly desirable.
- Strong experience with project governance, reporting, RAID and financial management.
- Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile or SAFe methodologies.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders in complex and challenging environments.
- Experience supporting technology/ICT projects would be advantageous.
