Project Manager

* 10+ years of Project Management experience.
* Hands-on experience in Customer Service/Customer Experience context; understanding of CX journeys and service operations.
* Exposure to chatbots/virtual assistants and IVR concepts; interest in Agentic AI applications in service.
* Strong project planning and tracking skills (milestones, dependencies, RAID) with end-to-end ownership mindset.
* Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
* Strong collaboration skills with Business, Product, Design, and Technology teams.
* Clear verbal and written communication; able to present updates and recommendations to stakeholders
