Risk & Issue Lead

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in project management, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent professional experience
* 3-5 years of experience supporting project management, PMO operations, program controls, or delivery coordination.
* PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
* Familiarity with IT modernization or enterprise IT delivery programs
* Demonstrated experience maintaining or supporting risk, issue, and action logs tracking within structured project environments.
* Familiarity with project governance processes and reporting cycles.
* Experience coordinating with technical teams or delivery teams to track mitigation actions and issue resolution.
* Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-through skills.
* Proficiency with project collaboration and tracking tools such as:
o SharePoint
o Excel
o MS Teams
o Jira
