Senior Project Manager Responsibilities

Define and agree project requirements and objectives with governance stakeholders.
Lead end to end project delivery through to acceptance, closure, and service handover.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across all project phases.
Track and report progress through KPIs, highlight reports, and governance forums.
Ensure compliance with project management frameworks and standards.
Coordinate delivery across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Manage financial performance including costs, forecasts, and milestones.
Support invoicing and ensure milestone sign off from customers.

Senior Project Manager Skills and Experience

Strong experience delivering projects within Defence or secure environments.
Proven delivery of transition and transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder management across complex environments.
Experience managing financials including P and L visibility and cost tracking.
Ability to manage risk, governance, and reporting at programme level.
Strong leadership and coordination across multi disciplinary teams.
