Define high-level solution designs, target architectures, integration patterns, architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.
Ensure SAP solutions follow Clean Core principles, minimising unnecessary customisation and technical debt.

Experience & knowledge
We are looking for someone with:
Significant Solution Architecture experience within SAP and Finance transformation.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and its integration with wider SAP and non-SAP platforms.
Strong end-to-end Finance process knowledge, particularly R2R, P2P, Payments, Treasury and FP&A.
Experience designing complex Payments and Treasury architectures, including payment hubs, bank connectivity, payment controls and ISO 20022.
Experience of Finance automation, ideally including BlackLine, journal automation, reconciliations, transaction matching and financial close.
Experience of planning and performance-management solutions, ideally including SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and integration of SAP and non-SAP data.

Strong understanding of architecture across applications, data, integrations, security, controls and non-functional requirements.
Experience operating within Architecture Review Boards, Design Authorities or equivalent governance forums.

What we're looking for
You will combine deep SAP and Finance knowledge with strong enterprise architecture thinking. You will be comfortable moving between detailed solution design and strategic portfolio decisions, constructively challenging proposed solutions and translating complex technical considerations into clear options for senior stakeholders.
