Technology Governance Architect

* Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture or Technology Architecture roles.
* Strong understanding of technology governance, architecture assurance and governance frameworks.
* Experience developing enterprise technology standards, architectural principles, design guardrails and governance controls.
* Ability to create architecture patterns, reference architectures, reusable templates and practical implementation guidance.
* Experience with LeanIX or equivalent enterprise architecture management and repository tooling.
* Understanding of architecture frameworks, technology lifecycle management and architecture knowledge management practices.
* Experience working across architecture, engineering, security, risk, governance and change delivery functions.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to balance governance control with delivery pace, business outcomes and practical implementation considerations.
* Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation or technology change in regulated environments.
