The role provides technical leadership across digital services that enable both citizens and legal professionals to access and manage legal aid services. You will work within and across one or more multidisciplinary delivery teams acting as a senior technical partner, shaping architectural strategy, informing key technology decisions, and ensuring services are secure, scalable and aligned to secure standards. AWS/ Oracle knowledge

You will work closely with solution architects, project teams, operational stakeholders, and customers to develop end-to-end service designs that align with business and contractual requirements. The position is ideal for an experienced Service Architect with a strong understanding of service management, operating models, governance, and service transition.
