Taking your first steps into Talent Resourcing and Project Solutions with the LA International Academy

Starting any career in 2026 can be a daunting task, however stepping into the fast paced world of digital and technology Talent Resourcing can seem even more daunting. Here at LAi we believe in nurturing local talent with a comprehensive training plan running throughout the 18 month journey in our Academy.

What will your path look like?

1-6 months Resource Consultant: After your initial settling in period, you will begin working with different Divisions before being assigned a specialist Division where you will gain hands on experience and start building your professional network.

6-12 months Account Consultant Level 1: Your commission scheme will start to build as you develop your understanding of technologies Talent Resourcing and Project Solutions, and you will start working towards your first company car.

12-15 months Account Consultant Level 2: You will become immersed in client relationships and visits transitioning into the full resourcing and project lifecycle including account and business development.

15-18 months Programme Completion: You’ll be fully equipped with the skills, experience and confidence to excel in your chosen field at LA International.
