Job description
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a six month initial contract, working full time onsite in Gaydon. This role is Inside IR35.
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to interpret stakeholder requirements, conduct detailed data analysis, and facilitate effective communication across delivery teams. The role is responsible for translating business needs into actionable plans, streamlining processes, and contributing to strategic solutions that align with organisational goals.
Essential skills / knowledge / experience
* 6 to 9 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years working as a Business Analyst
* Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and generate meaningful insights
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience producing high-quality documentation
* Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry best practices
* Proven experience eliciting and documenting detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
* Familiarity with software development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
* Experience working with business analysis and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance diverse expectations
* Ability to adapt
