Commercial Support
Must have an Active DV Clearance
Commercial Support Responsibilities
Lead contract management activities and support statement of work preparation for governance approval.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic and commercial objectives.
Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with governance procedures.
Create and manage templates for SOWs, change orders and contractual agreements.
Support BAU contract management activities and reporting obligations.
Participate in customer meetings and governance forums.
Support dispute management and delay resolution activities with Legal and Commercial teams.
Ensure all contractual documentation follows governance and DOFA approval requirements.
Produce risk assessments, reports and contract templates.
Continuously improve contract management processes and documentation standards.
Commercial Support Skills and Experience
Strong experience within contract management and commercial support environments.
Understanding of governance, risk management and contractual compliance.
Experience supporting contract negotiations and change management processes.
Knowledge of IT law, GDPR and commercial legislation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities across complex delivery environments.
Experience working with Legal and Commercial teams within regulated environments.
