* Lead software delivery across work packages and sprint commitments.
* Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.
* Support architecture implementation and technical design activities.
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers and other technical teams.
* Act as a technical lead for projects and workstreams when required.
* Support Lead Engineers and Principal Engineers by providing technical leadership across assigned work packages and development teams.

Day to day task will include
* Lead the delivery of development work packages and complex software changes across the platform.
* Design, develop and maintain application services using approved engineering standards and best practices.
* Conduct peer reviews and technical assurance activities to maintain code quality, security and maintainability.
* Support solution design activities and contribute to technical decision-making within Agile delivery teams.
* Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, refinement and prioritisation activities.
* Investigate and resolve complex technical issues affecting application services and platform integrations.
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, architects and engineering teams to support successful delivery outcomes.
* Maintain technical documentation, engineering standards and knowledge-sharing materials.
* Willing to be part of a 24/7 support team (on call) if required
