Job description
INCIDENT, CHANGE & RELEASE MANAGER
Initial contract until March 2028, with extensions
2-3 days per week on site in the South West, with WFH
Inside of IR35
SC clearance required. DV preferred. Due to the nature of the roles, only Sole British Nationals can be considered for this post.
Experience Required:
*Proven experience in Change, Release of Service Management roles within a complex IT environment.
*ITIL 4
*Experience of leading major incident response
*Change governance processes and CAB activities
*Experience in developing service management processes and documentation
*Experience coordinating infrastructure, platform or application releases
*ITSM tooling
Desirable:
*MOD/Defence experience
*SIAM environments
*SACM experience
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
