Description of Project Requirements, Tasks & Deliverables:
* Conduct customer journey & experience mapping sessions with OS subject matter experts and customers. Analyse internal data & customer insights to design the right experience for our customers
* Clearly present the output of journey mapping to business owners, team members and other stakeholders
* Represent the customer and translate their requirements into defined specifications and inspire teams to develop the right service offering, delivering value to our customers and our business
* Make recommendations on business change priorities
Desirable:
* Build a service blueprint setting out all customer touchpoints
* Able to understand the cost and impact of each business change and able to make informed decisions and recommendations to the Geospatial Commission
Experience:
* Sound knowledge of practical tools & techniques such as customer journey mapping and measurements of success
* Sound knowledge of Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and other customer measurements
* Ability to think critically and identify process improvements areas across multiple business functions
* Be resilient and able to manage multiple projects at any one time
* Ability to analyse data and customer insights to solve complex problems
* Proven project and key stake holder management skills
* Be a self-starter, organised and have the confidence to be pro active
