
We have multiple vacancies available working for a Public Sector client. This will require Shift work - 4 days on 4 days off. 2 days and 2 nights from 7-7, weekend work will be required on a rota basis. There will be a £50 uplift for a night shift. Location - Bridgend (Fulltime onsite). Security Clearance is required.
Knowledge and experience required:
- Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem solver with strong analytical and trend analysis skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Experience working in a pressurised customer focused Service Desk within an ITIL based
environment
- Experience in managing/troubleshooting Windows Desktop Operating Systems
