Role Description
Design of the Service Management approach and governance that is to be coherent with CES SE, DD (e.g. SEM, TDA, OSM) and Digital Identity governance that needs to be implemented in order to assure efficient and effective management and delivery of the Service.

This should include the Digital Identity Service Strategy, RACI for all stakeholders involved in the Service Management or governance and the TORs for any Boards. It should also recommend the roles and responsibilities to enable the Digital Identity Strategy where they do not exist but should align with the Service TOM.

Plan and implementation of the Service Management approach and Governance. This is to include comms to ensure all are aware, those in RACI are briefed on their responsibilities and that the first set of the governance cycles is completed successfully, and documents updated as required. Success criteria is to be agreed at the end of the Design Phase.

Knowledge Transfer to Service Owner and other civil servants identified. This includes description of role, responsibilities and aids (PowerPoints) to understanding the Service as designed. Success criteria is to be agreed at the end of the Design Phase.
