Crafting and maintaining Brand Messaging, to include developing consistent brand messaging that communicates our value proposition, key messages, and benefits to our target audience. This messaging should resonate with the audience and evoke the desired emotions to establish a strong connection with the brand and build trust with customers and candidates.
Building Brand Awareness, helping to create and/or shape strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility among our target audience. This will involve leveraging all relevant marketing channels such as advertising, social media, content marketing, industry events, and public relations to engage with customers and candidates.
Evolving our Brand, which is an ongoing process that requires adaptation to changing market trends, customer/candidate preferences, and business objectives. You will be required to monitor and evaluate the performance of our brand, gather feedback from customers and candidates, and make necessary adjustments to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Social Media Strategy, spanning all platforms but with a particular focus on LinkedIn, to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. You will identify key objectives and KPIs for campaigns and develop strategies to achieve them, including staying updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
Public Relations Content Creation and Curation, ensuring compelling and relevant content is captured from across the business on a consistent basis and tailored specifically for the Company website and LinkedIn audiences, and other platforms, including posts, articles, and multimedia content. You will collaborate with media outlets, curate industry-related content and share insights to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
Website and Community Engagement, Familiarity with website content management and evolvement to maximise user interface and experience, building and nurturing relationships with LinkedIn connections, followers, and industry influencers to expand the company's network and reach. You will also monitor LinkedIn conversations, comments, and messages, and engage with the audience in a timely and authentic manner.
Analytics and Reporting, which is essential in the Company being able to monitor and analyse various performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversions, and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. This will allow data insights to be used to optimise campaigns and strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn platform features, algorithms, and advertising options.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for target audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
