Roles: Business Analyst

Contract length: 12 months initially
Day rate: Inside IR35
Location: Hybrid with 2 days a week onsite in Glasgow


* Experience in a Business/Data Analyst role with strong evidence of both business and technology change delivery
* Strong financial services industry experience including a strong understanding of Credit products
* A strong command of business analysis methodologies - including the application of industry-standard methodologies including Agile software delivery lifecycle
* Avaloq Experience
* A strong command of business analysis techniques - including requirements gathering and documentation, business outcomes, user stories, functional design, process flows
* Ability to operate autonomously
* Strong evidence of stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be able to identify, attempt to rectify and appropriately escalate issues and risks whilst having an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
* The successful candidate must be able to articulate complex topics in a clear and understandable fashion to both technology and business stakeholders


Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
* Banking product knowledge
* Experience of large scale customer migrations
* ISEB Business Analysis
* Degree or equivalent in an IT or Business Analysis related discipline
