As an 2nd Line System Administrator you will contribute to this by working with new technologies within a team that values the sharing of ideas to build a better service.

* Virtual VMWare
* Windows
* ITSM Tooling - General IT service management skills, but CASD would be advantageous
* Raising of tickets
* Supporting of the service desk
* General 2nd Line duties/responsibilities
