Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a critical strategic communications plan across a large, complex organisation. This could include leading for change.

Create and tailor communications for different teams and programme phases.

Coordinate existing engagement activities and align them with the strategy.

Be highly effective and work at significant pace building strong relationships quickly.

Provide guidance and support to Director leads for employee engagement and lead employee events.

Work closely across an influence a suite of Directors
