Business Analyst- Faster Payments
6 Month contract initially
Based: Hybrid/Leeds (Max - 2 days p/w onsite)
Rate: £Market rates p/d (via Umbrella company)

A progressive organisation where you can really make a difference. We have a great opportunity for a highly experienced Business Analyst- Faster Payments to join the team.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist in support of the 'Outbound Faster Payments' project. The role will look to work as part of the project & other dependent workstreams to effectively support the ongoing analysis deliverables within the project plan.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of planning and delivering the analysis with minimal support, ensuring high-quality output in line with business objectives and timelines.
2. Define and document the as-is and to-be business processes.
3. Provide comprehensive analysis and requirements within the scope.
4. Conduct the Business Impact Assessment (where required).
5. Accountable for the production and delivery of key business analysis documents, including but not limited to:
a. Process Maps
b. High and Detailed Level Requirements Documentation
c. Business Impact Assessment
d. Business Design document
e. BA Plan and Approach Document, ensuring regular updates are provided.
f. Track and highlight any risks and issues at project meetings.

Key Skills & Experience:
We are seeking an expert Senior Business Analyst who has previous experience of Faster Payments implementation and can work with minimal support and is comfortable with ambiguity.
They must have strong skills in the following areas:
1. Exceptional communication skills & stakeholder management
2. Critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
3. Requirements elicitation and documentation techniques
