NHS - Future Services Programme

LA International, has won a multi-million pound managed service contract with NHS England to help transform its ICT services to over 12,000 end users.

LA International, the UK’s leading supplier of ICT resourcing solutions to Her Majesty’s Government, beat a number of rivals to secure the  multi-year contract that will provide support for the replacement of existing ICT Services for four organisations including the Department of Health and Social Care, NHS Improvement, the NHS Health Research Authority and NHS England itself.

LA International’s CEO, Paul Lukic, commented; “We’re delighted with the win and how the early stages of the relationship have gone. This is a challenging programme of work and it is imperative that NHS England and the Future Services Programme work with an organisation that has the necessary Public Sector pedigree in building the capability required to drive the transformation”.

Client Solutions Director, Tom Robinson said; “We have invested heavily in our Health Sector capability, alongside that of our eight Operating Divisions, and we were able to demonstrate through a competitive process that we have the necessary experience to help the Future Services Programme scale very quickly and in a highly agile way”.

The programme of work will deliver a range of benefits including greater ownership of ICT services, improved cost savings and efficiencies through cloud-based technology adoption, enhanced departmental collaboration and greater alignment to industry best practice and Central Government thinking.

NHS England’s choice underlines LA International’s position as one of the leading providers of Resourcing and Solution services into the Public and Private Sectors, both within the UK and globally.
