Job description
3rd Line Storage and PKI Engineer
Must have an Active DV Clearance
3rd Line Storage and PKI Engineer Responsibilities
Respond to escalations from 2nd Line support teams.
Maintain and support PKI solutions across secure environments.
Support backup and storage platforms and provide updates to leadership.
Monitor systems using event management tooling and resolve incidents.
Carry out change activities in line with defined processes.
Support release readiness for new services entering live environments.
Produce and maintain technical documentation and schedules.
Travel to sites to support PKI activities when required.
3rd Line Storage and PKI Engineer Skills and Experience
Strong experience with enterprise storage platforms such as Dell Avamar and Data Domain.
Solid understanding of PKI technologies including Microsoft and Thales solutions.
Experience supporting cloud-based storage environments.
Knowledge of VMware cloud technologies.
Experience working with ITSM processes and tooling.
Server administration experience across Windows Server environments.
Exposure to event monitoring tools such as SCOM.
Experience using VMware vCenter.

DV clearance and sole UK nationality required.
