ServiceNow Lead We are looking for a ServiceNow Lead who can start in the next few weeks. You will lead the design and delivery of an Intelligent Field & Autonomous Service Operations programme. The role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and Field Service Management, with a strong track record of delivering complex event-driven automation and field operations solutions. The role is for 6 months initially inside IR35 and requires two days in Central London each week.

Backup engineer Loc: Work from home / Telford Duration: 6 months initially * 5-10 years' experience supporting (2nd to 3rd Line) backups of servers and virtual payloads. * Good knowledge of backup and restore technologies. * Awareness of the ITIL Service Management framework and specifically incident and change management. * Use and support of Veritas NetBackup software and storage appliances. * Use and support of backups in a VMWare environment.

* Ideally experience in Automation or AI * No GDS experience required but understanding of complex gov/defence * Experience working with UCD team members in a low UCD maturity environment
