Senior Technical Support engineer

Provision of a Senior Technical Support whose mission will be to provide and guarantee the proper functioning of the IT equipment

Expected deliverables
This assignment sheet defines a given context and therefore cannot correspond to an exhaustive list of the employee's tasks. It can be reviewed and evolve to correspond to the needs of the department.

The mission consists of:
* Carrying out logistical preparations and initial software installations of computer equipment (PCs / Laptops) and peripherals.
* Perform updates when necessary
* Perform tests on computer equipment and peripherals to verify proper functioning
* Administer and manage the stock of computer equipment supplies
* Label computer equipment and keep its inventory up-to-date throughout its life cycle logistics life until deployment (CMDB).
* Make deliveries to the sites (a vehicle, B license and damage and theft insurance is an imperative prerequisite)

Required profile (s) Knowledge and skills required
* Significant autonomy for the organization of deployment and logistics management tasks
* Ability to collaborate with existing services
* Availability and analytical skills to respond to emergencies
* Motivation for repetitive tasks over a long period
* Physical work in logistics area and delivery of equipment on site
* Know-how, knowledge related to the professional environment (standards, technical tools…):
* Microsoft Windows 10
* Microsoft SCCM
* Microsoft Office - Excel
* PC Hardware

Minimum training and / or experience required
* Level of studies: bachelor or master
* Experience: at least 1 year of experience in the field covered by the lot , or two missions in a function similar to that requested, and at least one experience in the public sector
* ITIL Foundation certification

* One or more valid certifications in the field covered by the lot, or the requested function is a plus
