Role Title: 1st Line Support Analyst
Location: Milton Keynes / Remote
Duration: 6-7 Months initially
IR35 Status: Outside
Daily Rate: £150
Security Clearance: SC
The client require a 1st Line Support Analyst with strong communication and Customer service skills and the ability to disseminate information and knowledge whilst putting into practice the advice and instructions provided to them. You will be a working within a busy and challenging ICT environment.
The role is required to provide entry level 1st line support for various ICT systems and services, acting as the point of contact for Incidents and Service Requests raised by the client's customers via the Service Desk function.
Skills and Experience:
* Incident management
* Customer service support
* Customer Service Management
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft O/S and applications, including but not limited to Windows Server 2012, Exchange 2013, SQL 2008, Windows 10, Office365 plus general networking technologies
* Working knowledge of remote working technologies such as MSTSC, MSRA and iLO.
