We have a requirement for multiple Service Desk Analysts. You will be responsible for answering calls and self service tickets on a busy service desk, taking the details and providing a first line fix e.g. password reset or assigning to the correct resolver group. You will need to have experience of answering calls and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Essential skills include:
- Previous service desk experience is essential.
- Call centre environment
- Incident & request Management process adherence
- Ability to take detail, and communicate clearly using common language to set realistic expectations.
